Where applicable and permitted under applicable law, you also agree to waive any “moral rights” (or the equivalent under applicable law) such as your right to be identified as the author of any User Content, including Feedback, and your right to object to derogatory treatment of such User Content. You also agree to allow Full Circle Music Group full rights to all material that is given provided under any free services offered which includes the following : Profile Creation, Promotional Marketing, booking services and right to use all music content for Full Circle Music Group's social media platforms and music outlets such as Spotify, YouTube, Pandora, Soundcloud etc.
To any A&R that signs up to become an Official Representative of Full Circle Music Group of Florida LLC. gives full non exclusive rights to all material submitted for the creation of their profile all but not limited to the following ; (All social media links including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Vu-Me, Twitter, Snapchat, Wikipedia, google plus or verify google information), All pictures that are submitted and any other graphics that are used for the creation of their profile.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
